Tranquil resort is the perfect weekend getaway. Set in a 400 acre property with coffee and pepper

plantations, this resort has more than 10 trekking routes. These routes have very colourful names ranging from names such as Indiana Jones and Cliffhanger to the Cardamom walk which is the easiest of the treks. This trek will take you through over 10 acres of cardamom plantations. The toughest of the treks is called Braveheart which takes you right up to the summit.

The Host one Mr Victor Dey is a very nice man and always helpful. The travel desk is manned by courteous and knowledgeable staffs who know a lot about Wayanad.

This resort offers both normal rooms and tree houses. When we checked in the tree house was occupied so we spent the first night in a normal room and shifted to a tree house the next day. The tree house was simply awesome and there was a nice bed in a cosy bedroom. The next morning we saw a group of the Nilgris Langur lazing on the branches of the tree.

The tree house also had a balcony with nice wicker chairs where we could just sit and look into the distance sipping cold beer on a hot afternoon.
